At Polestar Technical Sales, we partner with engineers and manufacturers to deliver reliable, custom-engineered interconnect solutions—from early prototyping through full production. We are a manufacturer’s representative firm specializing in engineering sales and hands-on support for complex electronic assemblies and interconnect systems.

We serve customers across the military, aerospace, space, communications, electric vehicle, industrial, mining, solar, and rail markets throughout Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. Our focus is simple: provide responsive, technically sound solutions that help our customers move faster, reduce risk, and build with confidence.

Our portfolio includes a broad range of Mil-Spec and custom engineered products such as connectors, sleeving, EMI and thermal protection materials, as well as custom fabrication, electronic assemblies, flex and rigid-flex harnesses. Whether supporting a new design or scaling to production, we work closely with our customers to ensure every solution fits both the technical and operational requirements of the application.

Meet Jerry,

With more than 35 years of experience in varying segments of the industry, Jerry brings deep technical knowledge, hands-on problem-solving, and a practical understanding of what it takes to create success and move designs from concept to reality. His background spans hands-on technical military experience, technical sales, product development & launch, engineered solutions, and close collaboration for Design-For-Manufacture.

Jerry holds a master’s-level education and has spent decades working directly with customers and suppliers on complex applications—often at the requirements derivation and prototype stage—where attention to detail and responsiveness matter most. At Polestar, he remains actively involved in engineering projects, ensuring customers have direct access to leadership, fast decision-making, and experienced technical guidance.
